I've been using this as my nighttime shake and it's been perfect for keeping me full until morning. The slow-digesting casein works exactly as advertised, and the Informed Sport certification gives me peace of mind for my upcoming competitions. Mixes up smoothly with just a shaker bottle.

Gold Standard 100% Casein Protein Powder - Elite Series - 924g (28 Servings)

Almost three months in and I'm barely halfway through the tub, so the 123 servings claim checks out. The powder mixes cleanly in water without clumping, though I wish the scoop were a bit bigger for my post-workout dose.

Glutamine Powder - 630g (123 Servings)

I’ve tried a lot of vegan powders that leave a chalky aftertaste, but this one mixes up smooth and actually tastes decent. The complete amino acid profile from the pea and rice blend is a big plus, and 20 servings lasted me a solid month of post-workout shakes.

Gold Standard 100% Plant Based Protein Powder - 648g (20 Servings)

The Informed Sport certification is the main reason I picked this over other options, since I get randomly drug-tested for competitions. It mixes easily and the 30-serving tub has lasted me about a month of solid training days. Only knock is the scoop sits a bit loose in the powder, but that's a minor thing.

Gold Standard Pre-Workout Powder - Elite - 330g (30 Servings)

The Informed Sport certification is a huge relief since I get randomly drug tested for competitions, and this bar actually tastes like a treat instead of a chalky brick. It’s got that real marshmallow texture and the 20g of protein keeps me full between meetings and workouts.
